Matsuura MAM72 is a 5 axis CNC vertical machining center that is designed for precise and accurate manufacturing of complex and heavy design products. The Xaxis of the machine is 760mm, the Yaxis has a size of 850mm and the Zaxis is 610mm. Every pallet has a loading capacity of 350kgs. The standard speed of the spindle is 12000 RPM with options of getting high speed spindles, the speed of which ranges are 15000 RPM or 20000 RPM. The machine comes with a control system of Matsuura G-Tech 31i, with a touch screen interface. The Matsuura MAM72 offers you different automation features like a 6 pallet changer system which helps in unmanned machining and also more efficient production cycles. Also the rapid traverse rate and the high speed spindle of the Matsuura MAM72 machine ensures rapid work delivery while bringing the overall lead time down. There are several tool magazine options also available with the machine helping in different machining tasks.
