Automatic Operation & Control System
The DC-550A utilizes PLC-controlled automatic cycle sequencing to manage material clamping, blade feed, head movement, and shuttle indexing. A digital linear scale with sensor feedback ensures accurate length positioning and repeatable batch production.
A pressure-balancing hydraulic valve automatically regulates feed force based on material conditions, improving cut quality while extending blade life. Operators can quickly program cut lengths and batch quantities through the user-friendly touchscreen interface, reducing setup time and ensuring consistent performance across shifts.
