The HYDMECH DC-460P is a semi-automatic dual-column horizontal band saw designed for accurate, repeatable cutting where operator-controlled material positioning is preferred. The machine features a hydraulic cutting cycle with automatic head movement and clamping, while material indexing is performed manually between cuts.

Semi-automatic Operation & Control System

The DC-460P utilizes a semi-automatic hydraulic cutting cycle that controls material clamping, blade feed, and saw head movement. After each cut, the saw head automatically returns to the home position, allowing the operator to manually reposition material for the next cut.

A pressure-balancing hydraulic valve regulates feed force based on material conditions, ensuring consistent cut quality and extended blade life.
