MINO SLAB SCALPING (MILLING) LINE

MINO Milling Line incorporates top and bottom full width milling knives as well as edge milling heads together with a complete dust and chip extraction system supplied by DIZETA.

The line occupies approximately 300 m² with an installed electrical power of 400 kW.

The system utilizes oil lubrication and processes:

• Strip width: 560–1,052 mm
• Thickness: 17.5 mm
• Speed: 4–9 m/min
• Line Direction: Right to left
• Exit Upcoiler
• Milling Knife Washing Unit.
