Auction Complete Dexter Stamping Facility Featuring Heavy-Duty Presses and Robotic Manufacturing Systems

Holland Industrial Group, in conjunction with Hilco Global, will conduct a live webcast auction of the complete facility of Dexter Stamping, a precision metal stamping and assemblies manufacturer serving the automotive industry. The auction is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, at 10:00 a.m. ET, offering manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and metalworking companies the opportunity to acquire production equipment and integrated manufacturing systems.

The sale features an extensive selection of metal stamping presses, automated production lines, CNC wire bending machines, robotic manufacturing cells, and robotic welding systems. Major equipment highlights include a 2010 1,200-ton AIDA transfer stamping press, a 1,200-ton Minster mechanical power press, a 400-ton AIDA mechanical press, a 500-ton Minster press, and multiple 300-ton Niagara stamping presses.

The auction also includes advanced CNC wire bending equipment, including 2022 IP Automation 3D CNC wire bending machine cells equipped with FANUC robotics, along with multiple AIM wire bending machines. Robotic manufacturing offerings include STAMTEC robotic press cells, a UTE CNC tube bending cell, and an automated automotive seat headrest frame manufacturing cell. Additional assets include Accubilt automated robotic welding cells featuring FANUC robots.

Supporting equipment available in the sale includes a 2018 Haas VF-4SS CNC vertical machining center, a 2016 Haas ST-10 CNC turning center, an Agie Cut E 600 CNC electrical discharge machine, precision inspection and testing equipment, overhead bridge cranes, forklifts, die handling equipment, air compressors, welders, and other plant support assets.
