Latest technology Hydromec CDS press incorporating kinematic drive system with
Desch clutch technology allowing continuous monitoring. Press was specified
with many additional options such as 16 valve (nozzle) die spraying unit,
hydraulic safety device to prevent press overload, CNC twin billet loading
arm, die change arm, horizontal sub press quick change device, hydraulic
cushion 500kN with progressive ancillary cushion of 300kN force for flashless forging. Complete sound proof cabinet. Complete with Cefi 300kw induction
billet heater. Press and heater synchronised and integrated for seamless
automatic forging operation.
