Used OK International Superformer-1 Case Erector, 1999:

The machine consists of two main sections, the case-magazine (A), and the erector/taper section (B). When the machine is started, the cases that are stacked vertically in the magazine (1) are indexed forwards to the take-out point. In the erecting section (B) the adjustable vacuum cups (2) pull the front case out of the magazine, the case is opened to rectangle and positioned between the side belt units (7). The front bottom minor flap of the case is folded by a guide (5) after the flap-spreaders engaged (4) to ensure unhindered folding. All specifications are assumed to be correct but must be confirmed by the purchasing entity.,The rear minor flap of the case is folded by a pneumatic flap tucker (3) activated by a photo-eye. After the rear flap is folded, the vacuum is released and the vacuum head (2) moves up and back over the erected case to the magazine (1) to pick up the next case. At the same time, both major side flaps are folded by pneumatic arms (6). After the side flaps are folded, the case is transported by the side belts (7) and travels over the taping head (bottom taper) (8) and the case is closed with tape.
