OverviewDescription2014 Dayton Heavy Duty Pneumatic Die Cushion, Model HC36, 102 tons, 12" stroke. Features 200 PSI max pressure, 55"L x 40"W x 44"H, and comes with a 500-gal Manchester tank. Like-new condition with a 36" cast iron piston. Tonnage: 102 @ 200 PSI
The Dayton Heavy Duty Pneumatic Die Cushion is built to withstand extremely long, heavy duty stamping and forming operations such as compound blanking, piercing and drawing. It is particularly suitable for use with medium to larger presses and can be fitted singularly or in batteries for larger beds. Excellent internal or "self-guiding" is accomplished by extra overlap between the cylinder and piston, even at the top of the stroke. It is also collapsible whenever a cushion is not needed.
