Certified Blanchard #42HD-84 Vertical Spindle Rotary Surface Grinder, Serial # 15266

             Remove way covers.

            Make access panels in way covers.

            Clean out base.

            Clean saddle and replace lube lines, new way wipers, Mount cylinder weldment.

            Check drive coupler on table drive motor, also check alinement.

            Remove heavy scale on spindle, column and base.

            Remove old traverse gear box and plate cover to install new hydraulic in/out.

            Replace spindle sight glass.

            Replace spindle coolant lines.

            Check Fan on spindle drive motor.

            Check spindle drive coupler.

            Do pull test on spindle.

            Clean and repair telescope guards.

            Install new bed wash.

            Install new cylinder mount in base and on end of base.

            Clean up electrical

            Install new lube and grease system on column.

            Need segment guard built.

            Repair guards and doors.

            Repaint guards.

            Install new saddle way lube pump.

            Repair dresser arm handle.

            Replace any broken conduit.

            Install guards.

            Tram column to chuck.

            Grind mag chuck.

            Test grind blocks.
