Dart Model 2102 heavy duty welding machine. This unit is designed for welding the top seams on squared piping. The Dart makes two welds in a tandem head setup with separate controls for each torch. The Dart is supplied with a 45’ travel beam and (5) support stands to accommodate a 41’ weld zone in length. The Dart welding carriage will travel along the main travel beam and the welding torches are positioned off to the side as shown in the D11541 concept drawing attached. All cabling will be provided for the travel of this machine. The customer will run their power to the disconnects provided. The Power sources will need to be positioned next to the travel beam.
The machine will include two Lincoln Electric Powerwave AC/DC 1000 amp power sources along with Lincoln 10A controls. One Ogden Model D-266 automatic flux recovery unit will be mounted on the 30 pound (13.6 kg) flux hopper |
