1) Automatic I.D./O.D. Stacker with electrical panel and hydraulics
Capacity: 30" max height x 72" O.D. x 10,000 lb coils
Frame: floor mounted heavy duty
Coils enter the stacker via a conveyor system and are centered on the indexing table. The I.D./O.D feet lower down with the four I.D feet opening and the two O.D feet closing. The coil is then transported out with the stacker carriage and lowered onto a pallet on the turnstile.
2) Six position driven turntable
Capacity: six coil stacks, 10,000 lb per position, stack height 30" max
3) 10,000 lb capacity driven skid bander
The table consists of a conveyor top mounted on a large diameter bearing. The table accepts skids as they are pushed off of the turntable. The operator straps on side of the skid, rotates the table, straps the other side and discharges the skid.

Coil banding table

Manipulator Table
Conveyor bed consists of two full-length rollers and ten pairs of cut rollers, set in grease sealed bearings and driven by chain sprockets.
A turning device consisting of three tapered rollers driven by hydraulic motors via chain and sprocket. These three rollers are mounted on a common frame which is raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder.
Head Support
The head support balances the semi-automatic strapping head and allows the head to be rolled in and out. The head support frame with two operator handles controls the head.
Operator Station
An operator station is located at the operator position and operates conveyor bed, raises spider rolls and rotates coils.
Control Panel
The control panel is of EMA 12 enclosure and consists of Allen-Bradley SLC-250 or equal components with a panel mounted disconnect.
Strapping Head
Air motor operated power strapping head is designed to operate with 3/4" strapping with tension adjustable up to 1200 lbs.
Strap Dispenser
Dispenser designed for 100# mill-wound coils of strapping is attached to the rear of the machine.
