Krauss Maffei RimStar 40/40 Metering Machine – PU Dispensing System for RIM/Polyurethane

Used; Krauss Maffei RIM-Star Compact 40/40, Compact high pressure polyurethane metering machine. Includes two – 60 gallon water jacketed and insulated daytanks, ASME approved and rated to 150psi. Bolt down cover, Agitated with a fixed speed of 67 rpm and includes mechanical coupling. Daytanks are equipped with an automatic filling system with controls.Included on the unitized skid are (2) Shell and tube heat exchangers on return lines,(2) Rexroth AZKVK 28 pumps with frequency drives, (2) manual testing systems for flowmeter calibration, (2) volumetric flow meters (1) mixing head hydraulic unit, (1) Model MK 12/18 ULKP-2KVV mixing head, (1) Control panel – Allen Bradley Compact Logic and Panelview 550. 7.5 ton chiller Mfgf by 3D Carbon. Also the system includes Mixing HEad Boom. MFG 2007.
