Completely automatic plant, electronically controlled, for the production of medium to large sized stirrups, straightened cut to length bars and bent/shaped bars, with bends on one or both ends, up to a length of 12m. The plant includes a straightening unit, with automatic diameter change and 5 hyperbolic rotors, and two independent mobile bending heads. Straightening machines in any performance class and with any straightening system. Steel from a coil with diameters from 5 to 16 mm can be treated, say straightened and cutted. One to six diameters can, depending on the configuration of the machine, be worked, the change of wire diameter is automatic and the speed adapts automatically to the wire diameter to be processed. Performance data depend on wire diameter and rod lenghts, a maximum wire advance of 120 m/min is possible.
