Heavy Duty Horizontal Run Flat Tire Press is designed for inserting and extracting variable rubber insert devices into or out of a tire. This press can insert rubber inserts, (run flats) into tires ranging in size from 16” to 25”, and tires up to size 1600R20. It features a 1000 lbs electric side hoist with tethered remote for raising and lowering tires or inserts. Manual station control valves allow for independent control of the left and right hydraulic jaws for center positioning of run flat insert in relation to tire. The pusher cylinder provides robust insertion and extraction force and is also controlled with manual station control valves. All hydraulic press operation can be halted with an emergency shut-off switch mounted on the control station. |
