The unit being sold is USED. The unit show some signs of scratching, wear & tear, but none affecting the overall intended use of the filler. This unit was removed from a working environment and was functioning as intended when it was taken out of service. The unit has been powered and run at the seller's facility as seen in the video. We do not have the capabilities or volumes of liquid to properly test the filling functions. It is being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, AS-SHOWN," meaning the buyer accepts the unit in its current condition, as depicted in the provided pictures and videos.
