Disassembled Machine

Machined the saddle Ways and installed Turcite

Machined the base Ways and inserted Cast Iron inserts

Machined the saddle traverse gear box

Replaced the Table Rack and Pinion

Numerous electrical wiring replacing and cleaning up of panel and control station

Replaced coolant lines (plugged solid)

Repaired /replaced some of the water guards

 

           Cleaned and Painted
           
           This machine has had very little use since then.

The following scope of work will be completed prior to shipping:
Clean, Paint and Grind test blocks for tolerance verification.
