NEW GEKA ALFA 500-150 CNC PUNCHING SOLUTIONS FOR ANGLES AND FLAT BARS

This automatic CNC line performs metal flat bar and angle punching, marking, and shearing operations. The machine is versatile enough to work with metal flat bars of different materials (including an aluminum flat bar) of up to 40″ in length and up to 1 ¼” for the vertical-wing punching of angles. The Alfa 500-150 also features a triple-head punching unit that can handle flat bars with diameters up to 1 1/4″ and perform horizontal-wing angle punching.

Several different upgrades are available from Geka for the Alfa 500-150 including a mountable marking unit and a rotary shear cutter.

INPUT CONVEYOR UNIT

Rack & pinion servo-drive carriage. Flat Bars and Angles are pushed and clamped by the carriage.

HORIZONTAL-WING PUNCHING UNIT

Accommodates three different, independently-selectable punches. Optional Diameter up to 1 9/16″. Hydraulic hold-down. Servo motor and spindle-driven horizontal positioning along Y-Axis.

VERTICAL-WING PUNCHING UNIT

Single punch unit. Diameters up to 1 1/4″. Hydraulic hold-down. Hydraulic Servo Valve positioning.

SHEARING UNIT

Flat bar cutting. Angle cutting. Hydraulic clamping guides. One Station System for shearing flat bars and angles.

USER-INTERFACE

PC on Windows 10 platform. Network Connectivity. USB ports. Graphic interfaces. Remote Assistance via internet.
