Controls:
All electrical controls are mounted and wired in an enclosure with fused disconnect. Enclosure is attached to the side of the oven. There are two (2) Honeywell digital controllers. One is for temperature and the other is for high limit.
Description:
Standard conveyor oven with 1" x 3/4" openings in the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is constructed of high carbon steel. The oven interior is aluminized steel. Heated air is distributed vertically through the oven. There is a Maxon Oven-Pak burner with flame safety. A powered exhauster is mounted on top of the oven. The load end is 30"L and the unload end is 48"L. This oven was previously used for tempering after induction hardening.
