35’ Clearance Under the Hook
The total area of the building is 170,000 square feet (Currently 15,000 square feet in under lease until May of 2023) leaving 155,000 square feet available immediately.
The building has driveways that run through the building at both the east and west ends. There is a back in doorway located in the center of the north side of the building.
There are 2 loading docks.
Norfolk & Southern has a rail siding under crane at the west end of the building. There is also an out- door loading ramp for loading and unloading boxcars.
The building has 7 overhead cranes. 2- 100 ton with 20 ton auxiliary hoists, 3- 25 ton with 5 ton auxiliary hoists and 2- 15 ton.
Power is 480V, 3,200 amps. Additional power is available if needed
There are three office areas totaling 7,500 square feet. There is space that can be developed for additional office space if needed.
